Georgia Tourism: Theme Parks
Georgia Tourism is divided into 8 travel regions with ad spending for each region matched dollar-for-dollar by Georgia Tourism. Thus, each region funds--yet doesn't always control--advertising subject matter. This creates intense political infighting and ultimately many regions don't always participate. This campaign not only resulted in record inquiries but also kept the peace by 'selling' the peaceful nature of the Presidential Pathways. Additionally, other Georgia travel regions eventually modeled their own campaigns after this successful print series.
Nature Is The Only Theme At Our Parks. With national parks and state parks that include a 'Little Grand Canyon', plus national and state historic sites, the last thing you'll ever find in the Presidential Pathways is boredom. Here the exciting rides are on horses, bicycles, and boats. Peace and quiet is interrupted only by the songs of birds and the flowing waters from lakes, rivers, and streams. Lie down in the grass at night, tell enough stories, and soon shooting stars will provide the evening fireworks show. Want to know more about your favorite theme parks?
