Fountain of Youth

This health column appeared in the employee bulletin for World Marketing Alliance, which has since been absorbed in a merger. I had been asked to do a piece which people could easily use as a jumping off point for setting New Year's resolutions. I received a lot of praise and feedback on the positive slant of the article. Spinning a concept so as to approach from the positive thinking angle is definitely one of my strong points!
