I created TeamLink newsletter that served 10,000 Gambro Healthcare employees during a hard merger transaction. My accomplishments include: • Built an excellent news gathering network from the ground up. • Used interviews and reports to craft articles while helping each author retain a sense of ownership and voice. • Successfully fostered a sense of team spirit and ownership, which in turn eased the integration of divergent cultures. • Consistently provided inspirational, informative, uplifting and amusing material that unfailingly passed muster through a rigorous legal/compliance process.
