Steven Roe, Director of Business Development, BrightWave Marketing

Email marketing is proving to be an effective channel as more and more businesses incorporate it into their marketing strategies. However, there’s more to a successful campaign than writing copy and hitting “send” on your keyboard. This panel presentation and Q&A session will begin by covering basic email marketing concepts, followed by an in-depth look at how to get the most out of this medium.

We’ll start with a short presentation to cover the good, bad and ugly of email marketing before moving on to a Q&A discussion to cover these possible topics:

  • Can’t I just use Outlook to send my emails?
  • How can I integrate email marketing with what I’m doing on Facebook and Twitter?
  • Do I need to be a web designer to create an eye-catching email?
  • Can I buy a targeted list of email addresses?
  • What does “opt-in marketing” mean?
