Ngl, the 2 hour window trick fixed my schedule chaos
Tbh I kept double booking gigs and missing deadlines until a buddy told me to block off just the first 2 hours of every day for admin stuff, no exceptions. I run a little design hustle here in ABQ and after 3 weeks of trying it, my invoicing and email replies finally feel caught up. Anybody else swear by a weird scheduling hack like that or am I just late to the party?
