Hit a snag with AI fairness in our hiring software

The tool picks candidates fast but seems to overlook people from some colleges, and I'm not sure how to make it right.

My friend got passed over for a job he was perfect for, and they later found the AI was filtering out applicants from his entire state university system. Really messed up.

Blame humans too since someone had to program that bias into the system.
