We used something similar called Forecast for a bit. It’s good for seeing where your team’s time really goes versus the plan. Helps avoid those last minute panic shifts.

Yeah those last minute panic shifts are the worst. I mean, anything that cuts down on the last second scramble is worth it.

Last year, we had maybe three panic shifts total. I don't get why everyone acts like it's REALLY that serious.
