My AI label sorter took 3 weekends to stop mixing up the small bags
I built a tiny camera setup in my shop to sort shampoo bottles into the right bins, and it kept flipping the 12 oz and 16 oz bottles because the labels looked the same from above. I tried a light bar, then a mirror, then 90 degree rotation on the scan, before moving the camera to a side angle with a plain gray backdrop. What's the dumbest fix that finally made your vision model work after you tried all the fancy stuff first?
