The $900 battery backup that sits in my truck, useless

I spent $900 on a big lithium backup unit for the shop to keep the panel alive during outages. Customer in Modesto lost power twice last month, but I still have to show up and reset the dialer manually. The thing's too heavy to haul around, and the main panel draws way more than the unit can handle. Anyone else regret a pricey power solution that just collects dust?
