That question about 'what are you avoiding?' stopped me cold
Saw a post in a different thread where someone asked the simple question, 'what are you avoiding?' and it got me thinking about my own stuff. I kept scrolling but that one stuck. So I sat down for 10 minutes with a notepad and wrote down three things I keep putting off. Two were small, but one was a conversation I've dodged for over a year. Realized the energy cost of avoiding is way higher than just facing it. Anyone else ever write out their avoidance list and get surprised by what's on it?
