A 10mm socket on a 2016 F-150 drain plug almost cost me a motor
Had a drain plug washer stick to the pan last Thursday on a customer's truck and I cranked it tight anyway, figuring it was fine. It seeped about a quart over the weekend and the guy came back hot, so now I run a finger around the pan lip before anything goes back in. Anybody got a trick for spotting a stuck washer without pulling the plug twice?
