First time a customer actually listened to my brake advice

Had a guy come in Tuesday with a 2012 Civic, pads were down to nothing and rotors looked like the surface of the moon. I told him it needed the full job, rotors and all, and he just nodded and said 'do what you gotta do'. Usually I get the 'can you just throw pads on' thing, but this guy paid the $680 without blinking. Then he came back today for the free tire rotation I offered and actually asked me to check the alignment too. Has anyone else had a customer who just trusts you from the first visit? Felt weirdly good.
