Spent 5 hours chasing a misfire on my 5.3 swap, and it was one dumb wire
Warning: I chased a random misfire for almost 5 hours on my LS swap before I found the crank sensor pigtail was rubbing on a bracket I made myself. I had already swapped plugs, coils, and a plug wire set in my garage in Reno before I even looked at the harness. Has anyone else had a custom bracket cause a problem you blamed on the tune?
