Showerthought: a chafed cannon plug wire ate 11 hours of my week
Spent 11 hours chasing an intermittent AP disconnect that turned out to be one tiny chafed wire inside a cannon plug, right where the bundle rubs the clamp on the left side. The fault only popped up during wing flex on the taxi test, so of course it never showed on the jig. Anybody got a better way to catch those rub points besides pulling the whole run and eyeballing it?
