A kid in a cape told me I was the first barber to ask what he wanted, not his mom
A 7 year old sat in my chair at my shop in Fresno last Saturday, and when I crouched down to eye level and asked what he wanted, he said nobody ever asked him that before, just his mom. His mom looked a little surprised but smiled, and he picked a lightning bolt shaved into the side, which came out way better than I expected on that little head. Do you all talk to the kids directly first, or check with the parent before anything?
