Dropped $200 on a second set of clippers after mine died mid fade, worth it or overkill?
I was halfway through a skin fade on Saturday and my main clipper just stopped. Had to finish the whole cut with a trimmer, took forever and the blend was rough. I grabbed a backup set for around $200 so it never happens again, but now I'm wondering if that was dumb. Do you all keep a spare on the shelf or just learn to work around a dead one?
