Update: I started charging late fees on invoice 30 and now I can't decide if it was a mistake
Back in March I put a 1.5% late fee on all my invoices after a guy in Fresno sat on a $900 bill for 67 days. One side says it finally got people to pay on time, the other side says I lost two regulars who just moved on to someone who doesn't charge it. Now I'm stuck wondering if I should keep it or go back to chasing people for free. Anybody here tried both ways and stuck with one?
