Rant: I skipped the Wire for 6 years because a coworker in Tampa called it slow
Finally watched all 5 seasons in 11 days and now I think that guy just wanted the couch to himself. He said "nothing happens until season 3" and quit at episode 4, meanwhile I was hooked by the second scene. What show did someone talk you out of for way too long?
