Back when I was a helper in Hammond, a steward pulled me aside after a turnaround and said write down every tube you roll and every shift you work, because the hall's record and your memory won't always line up. Two months later I caught a 14 hour discrepancy on my check that got fixed the same week. Anybody else keep a paper log, or am I old school for still doing it?
