Am I the only one who wrote off pothos as boring until mine nearly died?
Three months ago I moved my golden pothos to a north window in my apartment in Denver because I figured a houseplant is a houseplant and it could take it. Within two weeks the leaves were dropping and the vines went limp, so I read up, moved it back to the bright spot, and cut back the water to once every 10 days. It pushed out four new leaves since then, which made me admit the plain green plant I ignored was actually the toughest thing on my shelf, so how do you all pick spots for plants you assume are easy?
