Found a forgotten $50 in my winter coat and it saved my grocery trip

I was at the store yesterday and my card got declined because I miscalculated my weekly food budget. I checked my coat pocket from last season and found a crumpled bill I'd totally forgotten about. Has anyone else had a small surprise like that fix a tight money situation?

Ever find cash in a book? Happened with an old library book I returned late. Paid the fee and still had enough left for coffee. Felt like a tiny win.
