My $850 emergency fund got wiped by a dead alternator in Tucson
Blew through every last dollar I'd saved since January when my truck died outside a Fry's on Speedway last Tuesday, so now I'm rebuilding from zero and wondering if anyone else keeps a separate car fund instead of lumping it all into one pile.
