Showerthought: I thought Japanese pull saws were just a gimmick until I had to do a tricky cut in a tight corner.
My old boss made me use one on a built-in cabinet job where my circular saw wouldn't fit. The thin kerf and pull action gave me a cleaner line than I ever got with a Western saw. Anyone have a favorite brand for these, or are they all pretty much the same?

It's funny how the right tool for a tight spot changes your whole view on something. That pull saw thing is a lot like realizing a cheap kitchen knife has been making cooking harder for years. You just don't know what you're missing until you're forced to try the better way.
