Pro tip: I was emailing invoices as PDFs for 2 years before a client's bookkeeper told me why they kept getting "lost"
Sent a $1,200 invoice to a client in Austin back in March and it went quiet for 3 weeks. Turns out their AP system strips attachments from unknown senders, so my PDF was landing in a junk folder with no one the wiser. The bookkeeper finally told me to put the invoice number and amount right in the subject line and paste the total in the body too. Two invoices later, both got approved in under a week. Anyone else had a client whose email setup just eats attachments like that?
