Pro tip: get the scope in writing at the walkthrough, not over the phone
Last month I met a guy at a bakery job site in Portland, we walked the whole thing, and 2 weeks in he started adding shelving and trim he swears was "in the deal." Now I bring a one page sheet to every walkthrough and have them initial it. What do you all put on yours to keep the add-ons from creeping in?
