TIL a client in Phoenix called my invoice 'a suggestion' after I finished the whole site rebuild
She said it right in the parking lot of the coffee shop on Camelback, then walked to her car with a smile. How do you handle someone who flat out jokes about not paying a $1,800 bill, because I stood there like a fool.
