Spent 2 months writing functions that did nothing

I was so proud of my first big project, a little weather app, until I realized every single function I wrote had a `pass` statement from where I copied a template. My friend asked why the app never showed data and I told him it was 'being developed'. He ran it in the terminal and just stared at me for 5 seconds, then said 'bro, this is a ghost script'. Now I double check every line before I brag about it. Has anyone else shipped something that was basically just empty shells?
