I finally read the label on my burr grinder and now I'm questioning everything

Was cleaning out my cabinet this Saturday and actually looked at the spec sticker on my Baratza Encore. It says the burrs are rated for maybe 500 to 700 pounds of coffee before they need replacing. I've had this thing for about 4 years and I brew two cups every morning, so that's roughly 2,900 cups. At 18 grams per dose, that's over 115 pounds of beans through it already. My cups have been tasting a little flat and bitter lately but I blamed the beans or my pour technique. Now I'm wondering if my burrs are just dull and I've been drinking subpar coffee for months without knowing. Has anyone else actually tracked their grinder usage and noticed a big drop in taste before swapping the burrs? I'm trying to figure out if I should order new ones now or if I can squeeze another few months out of it.
