Am I the only one who switched from hunting single issues every Wednesday to just waiting for the trade?
Back in 2015 I was at my local shop every Wednesday at 11am, pulling 12 to 15 single issues a month and bagging them the second I got home. Now I just wait 6 to 8 months and grab the trade paperback on Amazon for way less, and honestly the story reads so much smoother without the monthly cliffhanger gaps. What finally pushed me over was a big crossover event that dragged across 9 tie-in issues I didn't even want, and I spent $45 for maybe two issues of actual story. The art looks better in the trade too since they fix the coloring on glossy paper. Does anyone still keep up with singles, or did most of you bail for trades and digital like I did?

Trades all day. Single issues are a scam now with all these forced events and variant covers driving up cost. My pull list went from 14 books to zero and my wallet is way happier. The only thing I miss is the shop talk on Wednesdays.
