My umbilical got pinched on a valve job in Galveston and I didn't catch it until the comms went quiet
Lost comms for about 90 seconds at 60 feet last Tuesday when the hose snagged on a flange, and now I'm second guessing whether I should run a shorter lead or just add a chafe sleeve, so what are you all doing to keep your umbilical clear down there?
