Appreciation post: the foreman who told me my edges were sloppy on a 40x60 slab in Tulsa
Six years back I finished a slab for a shop floor in Tulsa and the foreman walked the edge with me and said "these lines wander, you're rushing the edger before the bleed water's gone." I started waiting about 10 extra minutes and hitting the edge twice with a lighter pass, and my edges stopped getting flagged on punch lists. Curious what cue you all use to know the concrete's ready for the edger, because my clock method isn't always right in the heat.
