Heard a client whisper "I have no idea what I want" on a call and suddenly the endless revisions made sense
Was on a group call last week and heard a client say that to their assistant when they thought they were muted. Now I always ask for a reference example before starting work. Has anyone else caught their client saying something that explained all the chaos?
