Just realized my canvas at 4000px got rejected by a site that wanted 300dpi, and I'm not sure who's wrong
I uploaded a piece I made at 4000x4000px at 72dpi to a gallery site and they bounced it for not being print ready, even though the pixel count was fine. So is dpi actually meaningless for screens or am I just bad at math, because I keep getting different answers from different artists. What resolution do you all export at when you don't know where the file ends up?
