Hot take: I stopped drawing to scale last month on a fire station job in Boise and nobody noticed, is that insane?
I was 3 days behind so I sketched the stair detail at roughly 1/4" and faked the dims by hand, then the plan checker stamped it without a single note. Half of me thinks it proves nobody reads the sheet, the other half thinks I just got lucky and should never do it again. Would you have sent it back or kept your mouth shut?
