A $47 "proven" cold pitch script from a guy in Tampa cost me a $2,000 retainer
Last spring I bought a cold pitch script off a guy in Tampa for $47, and he swore the "one line ask" close worked on 9 out of 10 calls. I used his exact template on 22 pitches, and every single one went quiet on me. When I went back to my old longer email, a real client told me the short one "sounded like a bot with a quota," which I never would have guessed. Has anyone here swapped a long pitch for a short one and actually seen it land?
