Oh, I remember reading something about this in a psychology article. It said that quieter folks often take longer to process things before they speak, so they end up being more thoughtful once you get them talking. They're not shy, they're just figuring out what they want to say. That little push, like a simple question or a shared interest, can really bring them out of their shell.

Hold on, it's just adding one more sentence to an email template (or whatever it is). People are acting like you just cracked the code on human psychology or something. I mean, yeah it's good, but it's not that deep.
