Hit 50 templates in my folder last week and it felt weird
Cleaned out my pitch folder and counted 50 drafts, half of them from when I started cold emailing plumbers back in 2021. The old ones are so stiff and formal it's like reading someone else's mail. Do you keep the bad old ones around or trash them once a better version works?
