Sustainability talk in the opening of client emails

Many opening emails now mention environmental goals. I shaped my reply template to cover them. What's your method for these parts?

Oh man, I just keep a couple simple sentences ready to copy and paste. It's the same basic idea every time, so I don't have to think about it.

Copy-paste got me through the first month at my last gig. Then I built a doc of short, adaptable phrases for common issues. Let me tweak things fast without starting from zero every time.

Back in my customer service job, I kept five standard replies for emails. @zaranelson, the copy-paste method works until you get a question that doesn't fit your template, lol. Then you're stuck trying to fix a generic response that sounds off. I learned to keep a few key phrases ready instead of full sentences, so I can mix them up. It saves brain power but still lets you adapt to what the person actually needs.

Just hit them with the "we're planting a tree for every email" line. Works every time and they never check if it's true.
