I was ready to charge $20 an hour, then a guy in line at the post office asked what my rate was
He told me he charged $75 an hour for the same kind of design work I do, and that nobody had ever pushed back on his price. Now I'm wondering how many people lowball themselves just because they never heard someone else say a bigger number out loud.
