Shoutout to the guy who asked for a quote on a small patio job
He wanted a simple 10x12 patio poured in his backyard here in Phoenix. I spent hours figuring out material costs and labor, then just guessed at $2,500 because it felt right. He said yes right away, no questions. I finished it in two days and realized I probably left a lot of money on the table by not knowing my real costs. How do you figure out what your time is worth on that first job?
