Am I the only one who paid $450 for a home inspection that missed the roof?
The guy spent 20 minutes total and his report said the roof had 5 good years left. Two months after closing a leak showed up over the back bedroom and the roofer quoted $9,200 to replace it. Did anyone here get a second opinion before buying, or did you just trust the first report?
