Bought a $19 gig for logo files and spent 11 days chasing the seller
Seller kept saying the source files were "coming tomorrow" and then went quiet for a week, so I had to open a PayPal claim just to get a straight answer. Anyone else notice Fiverr sides with buyers way faster than Upwork does, or is it just my bad luck?

Bruh, $19 and 11 days? That's not a scam, that's just a slow dude who probably took on too many orders. Sellers ghosting on source files is annoying but pretty normal on cheap gigs, they figure you won't fight over a twenty. PayPal claims get answered fast because the buyer usually wins by default, so yeah, that part isn't surprising. Not sure it's a Fiverr vs Upwork thing as much as it is a "you get what you pay for at $19" thing.
