A bride's mom asked why her $800 centerpieces looked smaller than the photo, and she was right
Back in March I had a bride whose mom pulled me aside at setup and said the centerpieces looked thin compared to the sample photo we'd agreed on 4 months earlier. I measured everything and the vases were right, but I'd been sourcing blooms that were about 20 percent smaller than what I used for the original mockup. Change was simple: I started taking a photo of the actual arrangement next to a ruler and texting it to brides before the big day. Costs me about 15 minutes per order and I haven't had a single size complaint since June. Turns out people don't mind the size, they just want to know what they're getting. Anyone here shoot a quick photo before delivery, or do you wait and deal with it if someone says something?
