Bride's bouquet melted in 90 degree heat, here's what saved the backup
Last July I did a wedding in Phoenix where the ceremony was outdoors and the flowers sat in the sun for 45 minutes before the bride walked out. The roses were toast, petals curling and drooping. I had a spare bouquet in a cooler with wet paper towels and floral ice packs. We swapped it out right before she came down the aisle. Nobody noticed. Now I always pack two for summer gigs and keep a cooler in the van with ice packs and misting spray. How do you all handle heat for outdoor ceremonies in the summer?

Wait, do they think the flowers are the only thing melting out there, or are they also handing out ice packs to the guests doing the ceremony in that heat? Honestly, the cooler trick is solid, but I've seen bridesmaids start sweating through their dresses before the vows even start, so the backup bouquet is the least of their worries. My go-to move for summer jobs is to keep the backup in a cheap styrofoam cooler with a wet towel draped over it, not just paper towels. That misting spray idea is genius though, I just use a spray bottle with ice water and it does the same thing without the fancy label. Also, pro tip, swap the bouquet in the shade, not right in front of the crowd, or you'll have everyone asking why there were two flowers. Good on you for having that spare ready, most folks learn that lesson the hard way after their first roast job.
