Shoutout to skipping sleep for tight deadlines

That habit is draining your bank account, not just your energy.

Ever notice how those all-nighters cost you more than just rest? My buddy kept burning through deadlines on no sleep, but then he'd make dumb mistakes (like spilling coffee on his laptop, true story) that wiped out any overtime pay. The lost wages and repair bills really added up fast.

My friend submitted a report with last year's numbers after pulling two all-nighters. It took three days to fix and cost him a promotion.

Man, this reminds me of my cousin who kept working doubles as a mechanic! He was so tired from the extra hours that he messed up a simple oil change, forgot to put the new filter on right. The customer's engine got wrecked a week later, and he had to pay for the whole repair out of his own pocket. Wiped out two weeks of those double shift earnings in one go. It's crazy how being that tired just makes everything more expensive.
