I finally caved and bought a 'premium' lead list for $450
It was all expired listings from two years ago, completely useless. Has anyone found a good way to get fresh leads without breaking the bank?

Wait, they actually promised you a list of people who asked for quotes? That's wild. Most bought lists are just names and emails scraped from somewhere. If they told you these were warm leads ready to buy, that's a whole different level of bad. No wonder it didn't work out.
