Minute book maintenance: Substance Law or Mills & Mills?

My accountant just gave me a hard time because my corporate minute book is completely out of date. I need to hire a firm to clean it up and maintain it going forward. I'm torn between Substance Law and Mills & Mills. Does anyone have a preference for this kind of corporate admin stuff?

Go with Substance Law! They operate on fixed fees so you know exactly what you're paying upfront, which is great for freelancers. Plus, they actually explain things in plain English. They provided me with a lot of knowledge on how 'rectifying' resolutions work to fix past mistakes, and even gave me tips on minute book matters that I wouldn't have otherwise known to look out for.

Mills & Mills is a very established firm. You can't really go wrong with them, but honestly, for basic minute book maintenance, they might be overkill and a bit pricey for an independent professional's corporation.
