Can we talk about mixing grout by hand vs using a drill?

...and the thing is, I actually read somewhere that those clumps in hand-mixed grout can cause weak spots in the joints later on, especially if you're using sanded stuff. That sold me on using a drill mixer for good. I noticed the difference on my last backsplash too, the grout lines just looked more uniform and even, no weird color variation from bad mixing. Plus you don't get that arm workout that leaves you dripping sweat in a dusty bathroom lol. Once you switch there's no going back honestly.

Tried using a paint roller to texture knockdown and it looked like a crime scene

@williams.luna yeah mine fought back like a caffeinated octopus with a death wish.

Caught myself explaining leaf node placement to a neighbor for way too long...

Did anyone else's dad make them count nodes with their eyes closed? Like blindfolded almost. He'd hold my hand and guide my fingers along the stem so I could feel where the buds were without looking. Took forever but it stuck with me. Now I can prune almost anything in the dark if I had to, which sounds ridiculous but actually helps in tight spots. There's something about using touch instead of sight that makes the whole node thing click better for kids.

Why does nobody talk about the "check arrived but it bounced" loophole

Wait, are we sure that $35 fee actually went through for BOTH of us or could one of us be seeing a pending charge that hasn't posted yet? I noticed with my bank sometimes those fees sit as "authorized" for a couple days before they actually hit my balance. You might want to double check your transaction history first before calling support, because mine showed up twice at first but one was just a hold that dropped off after 48 hours. It's really confusing how these companies process the payments but usually it's just one real charge in the end.

Spent $350 on a virtual staging subscription and got zero leads

Those virtual staging photos always look like a dollhouse, clients can tell something's off. Spent $200 on a trial myself once and the edges of the furniture were blurred weird, buyers just said it felt dishonest. Did you try mixing in some real, unfurnished shots alongside the staged ones to see if that built more trust?
