A client in Rio Rancho told me my invoices were too vague, so I started itemizing every task
She said "I can't tell what I'm paying for here" and now I break out each thing I did with the time it took, which got me paid 4 days faster on average, so I'm wondering if other freelancers in ABQ itemize by task or just bill a flat project rate.
