Hourly vs flat rate for small local gigs, flat rate won and it wasn't close
I tried hourly on a $300 logo job here in Albuquerque last month and the back and forth on scope ate my whole week, while my flat rate quotes get a yes or no in one email. Any of you still doing hourly for small one-off stuff, or did you switch too?
